I would like to share a personal experience. I have used VoIP phone service on phone set as well as on soft phone via computer. My experience is that voip technology performs better with the soft phone. If you want to enjoy the real strength of voip, you should use it on the soft phone.
I've been using VOIP service for quite some time now. I'm subscribed to a monthly subscription service as well. I've heard a lot of great reviews about these companies most especially about 3CX. It is one of the leading VOIP companies in the UK. I just hope that it will be made available worldwide for a better experience in digital communication.
